Return Policy

Returns are accepted only with a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. RMAs must be requested within 15 days of receiving the product. A 15% restocking fee will apply to stock items returned within this period. To obtain an RMA, please contact Customer Service at (800) 868-7018 or email customerservice@vppstore.com.

Refunds & Exchanges

Custom-printed items are non-returnable and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

If a custom-printed item is found to be defective, please contact Customer Service at (800) 868-7018 or customerservice@vppstore.com within 15 days of receipt. Our team will assist with a replacement, credit, or refund. Please note that defective products may need to be returned for inspection.
