1 - Costs & Availability

Selecting the most suitable product online can sometimes be challenging, and we fully understand this concern. To assist with your decision-making process, we offer non-imprinted samples and, in some instances, imprinted samples for your review. Due to the significant variation in product costs, we cannot provide all samples free of charge. Some samples may incur a fee for the item itself in addition to shipping costs.

Any charges associated with a sample purchase can be fully credited to your account upon placing an order. Please note that all sample-related charges must be paid in full before the samples are shipped.

2 - How to Place an Order

To request a sample, don't hesitate to email our Customer Service Department or call us at (800) 868-7018 between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM (EST), Monday through Friday. A customer service representative will respond to your request and provide details on applicable costs, estimated delivery timelines, and available shipping options.

3 - Required Information for Sample Requests

To process your sample request efficiently, please provide the following details:

  • Item Number of the product you wish to sample
  • Quantity required (if more than one)
  • Preferred specifications, including color, size, or style (if applicable)
  • Shipping preference, if an alternative to standard ground service is required
  • Shipper account number: if you prefer shipping charges to be billed directly to your account
